The wine is limpid and shiny with a light color that draws on apricot. The first nose is aromatic, slightly vinous, with fruits such as peach and apricot. We also perceive the cherry. The second nose is fresh, mineral with flowers like apricot blossom. The tasting is fresh and lively. The attack is light with fruity notes like almost ripe apricot and white peach. We have a nice minerality that continues until the finish with a saline touch. Small red fruits like gooseberry add a bit of crunch. It’s tangy and fresh.
