The nose is fruity, relatively discreet and reveals a fine concentration. There are notes of pulpy blackcurrant and fresh blackberry combined with an almost balsamic edge and a discreet hint of liquorice. The palate is mineral and offers freshness and fluidity. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fresh blackberry, raspberry and more lightly violet, lily combined with touches of racy minerality and a fine almost caramelised/almost caramelised almond quality to the background. Good length. A fine touch of graphite and chocolate in the background / persistence.
