The nose is racy and offers elegance, power and intensity. There are notes of boysenberry, crushed raspberry and, more slightly, pulpy blue berries combined with fine touches of blueberry, lily, fine vanilla bean and a discreet hint of zan and an imperceptible, almost saline touch (in the background). The palate reveals minerality, freshness, good definition, a certain juiciness, a mineral spine, a certain gourmandize, roundness and finesse. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of pulpy/juicy blackberry, blue berries and, to a lesser extent, fleshy raspberry, combined with hints of blueberry, violet, as well as fine vanilla, cardamom and a subtle hint of toasted almond. Slightly mellow on the finish/persistence. Flattering on the palate.
