The nose is floral and fresh. There are notes of fresh flowers, pistils and, more slightly, fresh raspberry, combined with hints of redcurrant, as well as fine pepper and a discreet hint of varietal aromas. The palate is fresh, balanced and reveals minerality, a juicy/acidic structure, tension and a varietal quality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of tart red currant, pistils, white flowers and slightly fresh blackcurrant combined with fine minerality and a hint of chocolate.
