The nose is fruity, fresh and racy. Juicy/pulpy lemon, ripe/juicy grapefruit and slightly bright white peach are combined with hints of flowers, racy minerality and a discreet hint of exotic fruit. The palate is fruity and reveals juiciness, smoothness, finesse and good definition. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of quince, lychee and, more slightly, juicy/sour Mirabelle plum, combined with touches of lemon and a hint of crunchy peach, gunflint and a hint of saltiness. Nice definition and acidity on the finish/persistence.
