The nose is aromatic and reveals a certain power and a fine spiciness. There are notes of fresh/ripe raspberries, spices and fresh/ripe wild berries combined with a fine touch of zest and a discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced and offers freshness, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize, tension, straightness, finesse, a nice roundness as well as a finesse of volume. On the palate, this wine expresses juicy/pulpy cherry, fresh/pulpy blackcurrant and, more slightly, fleshy/pulpy nectarine notes combined with touches of fresh citrus (tangerine…) as well as fine points of fresh apple and a subtle floral touch. A nice (and very discreet) work on the positive bitterness. Good length. Nice harmony, freshness, gourmandize and a little airiness.
