This whisky has a gold color, limpid and shiny with numerous tears. The nose of this whisky is discreet. There are tangy notes of stone fruits such as peach. Little by little, it opens up to a more smoky and woody aspect. The whole is delicate with touches of roasted grains. The palate is fresh with a nice tangy structure. Wood is the most important element on the attack with toast and smoky notes. Then a certain sweetness prevails with fruits such as stone peach and apricot kernel. It’s suave. Smoky, with umami on the mid-palate. The finish has a very light astringency with grain notes.
