The nose is fruity, elegant, all in elegance and offers power in control, a certain power under control as well as a little polished side. It reveals notes of bright blackberry, bright small blue fruits and more slightly fleshy wild strawberries associated with touches of licorice, creamy berries, fine touches of graphite, cornflower as well as fine tips of cardamom, with a subtle hint of Bourbon vanilla, cinnamon and an imperceptible hint of coffee / gray pepper. The palate is fruity, balanced, elegant, nicely conducted and offers juiciness, a framed side, freshness, a nice definition, gourmandize, creaminess, delicacy as well as an airy side of the material in its creaminess and its richness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of small creamy red currants, creamy blueberry and more slightly cassis associated with touches of creamy blue fruits, licorice / star anise, fine hints of cardamom, toasted hazelnut as well as a subtle hint of sweet blond tobacco and a discreet hint of caramelization / vanilla. Tannins are precise, fine and subtly mellow. Good length. Good persistence in finesse and offering a fine sapidity as well as a fine stretched side in delicacy.
