The nose is fruity and offers a small darkness, a fine concentration, a fine / very discreetly tight grain. It reveals notes of small bright black berries, cornflowers and small notes of juicy black plum associated with small touches of crushed raspberry as well as hints of licorice stick, camphor/graphite and a subtle hint of black pepper. The palate is fruity, beautifully fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a juicy/fresh frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy/fresh blackberry, cassis and small notes of bright raspberry associated with touches of fresh small blue fruits, cornflowers as well as hints of chocolate, toasted/caramelized, a subtle hint of vanilla, racy minerality and spices. Tannins are well developed and precise. Good length.
