The palate is fruity, racy and offers juiciness, suavity, freshness, minerality, roundness as well as a small fat and a good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy blackberry, juicy / fresh strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of cornflower, nutmeg, a stony side, fine hints of chocolate as well as a discreet hint of spices. Tannins are supple and integrated. A gourmande persistence with a discreet hint of vanilla / caramelization.
