On the nose it is spicy and offers some power as well as a little intensity. It reveals the notes of wild strawberries, pepper and more slightly spices associated with touches of iris, lilac as well as a discreet hint of bay laurel. On the palate it is fruity and offers juiciness, a tangy structure, minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize, a little tension as well as straightness. The wine expresses notes of wilted rose, small red berries and more slightly of fresh raspberry associated with touches of dried cassis, iris, small varietal hints as well as fine hints of local grove / berries bay leaf and pepper. Presence of a very discreet hint of chocolate in the background.
