The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a fine richness, roundness and a certain gourmandize. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cherry, pulpy blackcurrant and more slightly plum associated with touches of violet, tobacco, liquorice, with a subtle hint of hazelnut and cardamom. The tannins are fine, finely dry and structuring.
