Château Tour des Graves – O’Tour 2020 – Côtes de Bourg

The nose is fruity, racy and it offers certain structure, freshness, a fine concentration. It reveals the notes of boysenberry, wild raspberry and small black fruits associated with sour cherry, cherry blossom, zan, bergamot as well as discreet touch of lily and spices. On the mouth it is fruity and it offers juiciness, minerality and suavity, a certain fat, the tension, a fine straightness and richness well conducted. The wine express the notes of blackberry, small black currants and crushed redcurrants associated with carries, lily and lilac as well as black plum, cardamone, fine  touch of sweet spices. Good length. The tannins are discreetly marked. A discreet touch of floral, grilled almond at the end of the mouth/persistence.
