The nose is spicy, with some controlled power, a little straightness, precision and a spicy touch. There are notes of baked apple, kumquat and more lightly dried zest paired with a touch of dried small yellow fruits and a hint of pineapple. There is also a hint of cumin, spices and a hint of pepper in the background. The palate is fruity, juicy, with a tangy frame, a little pulpy with a fine density. The richness is guided, there is a certain righteousness, a little tight side, discreetly tight, with fat. There are notes of quince, pulpy mirabelle plum, dried tangerine zest associated with a touch of mesocarp as well as a fine hint of beeswax, saffron, brioche. There is also a hint of nutty and juicy walnut. We have pepper and fresh blond tobacco. Precise and straight. A tannic side as well as a little firmness appear on the finish / the persistence.
