The palate is fruity, dynamic, juicy, beautifully gourmand and offers a juicy / fresh fruit as well as a small acidulous frame. The effervescence is fine, elegant and well-built. In the mouth this Champagne expresses notes of juicy / fresh green apple, crunchy pear and small notes of lemon associated with touches of fresh apricot, quince, hints of hazelnut, buttered brioche, discreet hints of honey as well as subtle hints of white flowers and pâtisseries. Good length and beautiful length. Presence of a very fine chew on the finish / persistence.
