The nose is elegant, gourmand, harmonious and offers richness (in elegance / finesse), a certain power as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain. It reveals notes of pulpy blackberry, bright blue plum and small notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of crushed blueberry, lily, green cardamom, hints of toasted hazelnut, blond tobacco as well as a hint of sense of place (local biotop), chocolate and a very discreet hint of Bourbon vanilla bean. The palate is fruity and offers an acidulous frame, a splendid suavity, aromatic purity, harmony, gourmandize, a nice balance, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright blackberry, bright blueberry and small notes of cornflowers associated with touches of strawberry, cherry blossoms, crushed green cardamom as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco, crushed hazelnut and tonka bean. Tannins are fine, elegant and precise. Good length and beautiful persistence (with a discreet toasted hint and chocolate). A wine full of delicacy and finesse !
