The palate is fruity and offers minerality, freshness, a good definition, gourmandize, a fine tension, suavity, a beautiful sapidity as well as deepness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cherry, fleshy / juicy strawberry and small notes of acidulous blackberry associated with touches of violet, lilac, crushed small blue fruits as well as hints of liquorice, hazelnut and a subtle hint of vanilla. Tannins are precise, racy and structuring. Presence of a fine almost saline hint on the finish / persistence. Beautiful aromatic persistence.
