The nose is fruity, aromatic and offers elegance, a certain intensity as well as a small deepness. It reveals notes of fresh / crunchy blackberry, violet and small notes of cassis associated with touches of small wild berries, cornflowers / small blue flowers as well as fine toasted hints, cardamom and a very discreet vanilla hint. The palate is fruity, slightly tight and offers freshness, minerality, a small acidulous frame, elegance, fat as well as good definition. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / fleshy cherry, pulpy / fleshy cassis and small notes of violet associated with touches of pulpy / fleshy blackberry, small pulpy / fleshy red berries as well as hints of lilac, tonka bean and discreet toasted hints. Tannins are elegant and supple. Presence of a subtle hint of caramelized oak / vanilla on the finish / persistence.
