The nose is elegant, racy and offers a fine grain, a certain power as well as a beautiful definition. It reveals notes of bright cherry, bright blackberry and small notes of cornflower associated with small touches of ripe/pulpy bigarreau cherry, lily as well as discreet hints of small bright blue fruits, liquorice, a subtle hint of pepper and an imperceptible varietal hint (in the background). The palate is fruity, fresh, elegant, mineral and offers a beautiful definition, precision, gourmandize, suavity as well as a beautiful ripe/preserved fruit and suppleness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, violet, bright plumand small notes of raspberry associated with touches of small bright blue fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice, lilac, a racy minerality and a discreet hint of fresh tobacco. Tannins are precise and very finely chewy. A subtle hint of toasted hazelnut in the persistence.
