The palate is fruity and offers freshness, minerality, a good definition, gourmandize, juiciness, energy, a certain tension, a small fat as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cherry, bright raspberry and small notes of juicy Boysenberry associated with a touch of cornflowers, rose, acidulous blue berries as well as hints of liquorice, fresh blond tobacco and a discreet hint of nutmeg. Tannins are well-built. Good length. Presence of a fine floral hint and an imperceptible chocolate hint on the finish.
