The nose is fruity and offers freshness, a certain gourmandize as well as a small pulpy side. It reveals notes of pulpy / fleshy blackberry, pulpy / fleshy strawberry and small notes of violet associated with touches of bright blue plum, cornflowers, small blue fruits as well as fine hints of liquorice / zan and an imperceptible hint of Sichuan pepper (in the background). The palate is fresh, fruity and offers minerality, freshness, gourmandize as well as dynamism / energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy black cherry, juicy / pulpy blackberry and small notes of fresh / acidulous purple plum associated with touches of small fresh / acidulous red berries as well as hints of cornflowers, licorice, nutmeg, a discreet hint of almond and an imperceptible toasted hint.
