(No added sulfur) The nose is fruity and offers fleshiness (fruit) as well as a hint of yeast. It reveals notes of fleshy / juicy peach, fleshy / juicy pear and small notes of zest, yeast associated with hints of lemon, a hint of tangerine zest as well as a discreet oxidative and floral hint. The palate is fruity, beautifully acidulous (on the attack) and offers minerality, a delicate guideline, roundness, suavity as well as a fine fermentation side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy lychee, juicy / fleshy vine peach and small notes of pulpy / juicy pear associated with small touches of fresh quince, sweet spices, toast and a very fine salinity (in the background). Good length. Presence of very fine almost buttery / milky / yeast hints on the persistence.
