The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful suavity, elegant, a fine grain, straightness , a certain tension as well as a certain fullness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crushed Mirabelle, small pulpy/fresh yellow apple, small notes of pulpy William pear associated with touches of yellow apple, mandarine, hints of passion fruits as well as discreet hints of butter, yellow flowers, sense of the place (local biotope) and a subtle hint of fresh almond.
