The nose offers a fine power as well as a very fine intensity. It reveals notes of violet, cassis, small notes of small wild fruits associated with touches of cuben pepper, clove, spices as well as very discreet hints of dry local grove. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, finely on the hold and offers a mineral/acidulous frame, concentration as well as a fine tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy cherry, pulpy wild raspberry, small notes of small blue fruits, violet associated with a touch of bright redcurrant, zan, hints of sweet spices, clove, varietal bitterness as well as a discreet hint of rosemary and toasted (in the background). There are very fine hints of chocolate in the persistence.
