The nose is fruity and relatively tight. The wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of ripe / fresh wild cassis, flowers and small notes of bright small blue fruits associated with touches of zan, thyme, sage as well as hints of fleshy small red fruits, tobacco, spices and a very discreet hint of pepper. The palate is fruity, slightly tight and offers minerality, suavity, a small fat, juiciness, a good freshness, purity of the fruit, gourmandize as well as a small concentration. On the palate this wine expresses notes of pulpy / juicy cassis, ripe wild blueberry and small notes of raspberry associated with touches of flowers, sage, thyme flowers as well as hints of sweet blond tobacco, vanilla and sweet spices. Good length. Presence of a very discreet hint of hazelnut and mocha / roasting on the persistence.
