The palate is fresh, mineral, fruity, well-balanced and offers a beautiful definition, gourmandize, a fine acidulous frame, a controlled richness, tension, deepness, a fine tension as well as energy. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of crushed blackberry, pulpy cassis and small notes of small black berries associated with touches of fleshy strawberry, Bigarreau cherry, caramelization, black olive, oleander as well as slight hints of vanilla, black tea and toasted hazelnut. Tannins are well-built and mellow. Good length. A beautiful grain of tannins on the persistence.
