It reveals notes of green apple, apple blossoms and small notes of quenette, passion fruit associated with touches of lemon zest, lemon blossoms as well as fine hints of grapefruit, fresh sage, garrigue / sense of place and a discreet hint of lemon grass. The palate is fruity, well-balanced (full of balance), racy and offers fat, finesse, elegance, a good definition, freshness, roundness, precision, a small gourmandize, fat as well as energy. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy apple, crushed lychee and small notes of apple blossoms associated with touches of lemon, lemon blossoms as well as hints of mesocarp, exotic fruits, sage, fresh pine sap and a subtle hint of arbutus (in the background). Good length. There are toasted hints, toasted almond and an imperceptible almost star anise / anise hint on the finish.
