The nose is fruity and offers a certain concentration as well as deepness of the fruit. It reveals notes of fresh cassis, small wild red fruits, small notes of strawberry associated with a touch of plum as well as fine hints of bramble, violet, a discreet hint of cocoa and caramelization. The palate is fruity and offers suavity, freshness, gourmandize as well as a beautiful fresh/suave touch and a fine acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright cassis, bright cherry, small notes of fresh/juicy strawberry associated with a touch of juicy plum as well as fine hints of fresh mild tobacco, liquorice and fine hints of vanilla pod. Good length. Tannins are well-built. A persistence on notes of chocolate.
