It reveals notes of candied peach, candied quince, small notes of pineapple associated with touches of candied lychee, crystallized green apple as well as a hint of crystallized zests of lemon, mesocarp of orange, honey and spices. The palate is fruity, mineral and offers a small mineral frame and freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of crystallized lemon, candied kumquat, small notes of candied peach associated with a touch of dry apricot as well as hints of roasted pineapple, fine hints of honey and a very discreet hint of vanilla (in the background). Good length.
