On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied apple, candied pear, small notes of lychee in syrup associated with small touches of peach in syrup as well as hints of roasted pineapple, a subtle hint of almond, lemon flowers, a very discreet hint of crystallizes lemon, a racy minerality and vanilla. Good length.
