The nose offers gourmandize, a certain gourmandize, a small richness as well as a fine concentration. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers suavity, a fine gourmandize, juiciness, generosity, an acidulous frame as well as a small straightness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied redcurrants, fleshy / bright cherry and small notes of acidulous purple plum associated with a touch of crunchy blackberry, fine hints of fresh flowers, liquorice, black tea, sweet spices and a very discreet hint of sense of the place (local biotop). Tannins are well developed and slightly extracted.
