The nose offers a good definition, a fine grain as well as a certain richness (in control), deepness and a certain delicacy. This wine should be decanted. It reveals notes of spices, pear, small notes of quince associated with a touch of yellow peach, fresh nutmeg, a hint of tobacco and a very discreet hint of olive tree. The palate is fruity, very discreetly tight and offers minerality, elegance as well as a beautiful finesse of the grain, deepness and a small crystallized side. On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, pear, pear flowers, small notes of small yellow fruits associated with touches of nutmeg, spices as well as a hint of fresh tobacco, an imperceptible hint of bee wax and local copse. Good length. A very discreet hint of fresh rosemary on the persistence.
