The palate is fruity and offers juiciness, gourmandize as well as a fine acidulous frame, minerality, tension, roundness and a fine unctuous. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/fleshy Mirabelle, juicy lemon, small notes of vine peach associated with small touches of juicy quince as well as fine hints of small yellow fruits, almond/almond flowers, toasted oak and an imperceptible hint of honey.
