Domaine de la Côte, famous author Rajat Parr estate since 2007, is a small but prestigious estate of only 16 hectares in santa Rita hills, dedicated to Pinot Noir production. 6 vineyards, each with a unique geology, aspect, elevation and microclimate creates a different expression of this refined grape varietal. Bloom’s field vineyard, sitting on Monterey shale, shows a delicate touch and profound combination of floral, mineral and berry aromas as well as soy and earth notes. It’s a complex a savory beauty, with an opulent personality, but a completely harmonious personality. Only about a 1000 cases is produced each year.
