The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers freshness, juiciness, tension as well as tension, roundness and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied quince, candied lemon, small notes of fresh pear, crushed brugnon associated with touches of crystalized Mirabelle as well as hints of honey, candied orange and pastries. Good length.
