The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a small richness but full of balance. It reveals notes of ripe black fruits, juicy cassis, small notes of juicy/ripe blue berries associated with touches of ripe strawberry, violet as well as fine hints of liquorice, incense, cornflower as well as discreet hints of grey pepper. The palate is fruity, fresh, mineral, well-balanced and offers a good definition, juiciness, gourmandize as well as deepness, a small tension and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy small blue fruits, cornflower, small notes of nutmeg associated with touches of cardamom, liquorice as well as discreet hints of tea. A discreet hint of cardamom, liquorice as well as discreet hints of tea. A discreet hint of dark chocolate on the persistence.
