It reveals notes of ripe/crushed cassis, Boysen berry, small notes of liquorice, small blue fruits associated with touches of cornflower, vanilla pod as well as discreet hints of crushed strawberry, grey pepper, clove and sweet spices. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, racy, finely tight and offers a juicy/acidulous frame, a good definition, tension, suavity as well as precision. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy blackberry, small crushed blue fruits, small notes of crushed raspberry associated with touches of juicy/ripe cassis, cornflower, liquorice, toasted/chocolate as well as discreet hints of mild tobacco (in the background). Good length.
