The nose is aromatic and offers a fine intensity, a fine grain, gourmandize and offers a very fine sensation of tension. It reveals notes of blackberry, toasted, small notes of fleshy strawberry associated with fine touches of juicy/fresh blueberry, a fine touch of lilac as well as fine hints of nutmeg and a very discreet hint of grey pepper. The palate is fruity, juicy, fresh and offers a beautiful bright/juicy/finely acidulous fruit as well as a fine suavity, a fine sapidity, a fine tension and an acidulous frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of bright Boysen berry, bright strawberry, small notes of cherry associated with small touches of cassis, violet as well as very fine hints of sweet spices and an imperceptible hint of mild tobacco. Tannins are slightly squared. Good length.
