The palate is fruity, mineral, well-balanced and offers freshness, gourmandize as well as juiciness and minerality. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe cassis, juicy/ripe raspberry, small notes of juicy blueberry associated with touches of small pulpy/juicy berries, cornflower, nutmet, cardamom as well as hints of toasted almond, toasted/grilled oak and mocha. Good length. Tannins are well-built. A persistence on notes of cocoa/caramelization.
