Domaine Jean-Pierre Sève – Terroir 2019 – Pouilly-Fuissé

The nose is fruity and offers freshness as well as minerality. It reveals notes of fresh quince, fresh/crunchy nectarine, small notes of fresh apple associated with small touches of racy minerality and discreet hints of lemon (in the background). The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame, gourmandize, minerality as well as a good precision, a very fine unctuosity and a very discreetly tight fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy apple, crushed pear, small notes of fresh lychee associated with fine touches of juicy/Fresh kumquat as well as a hint of quenette, a racy minerality, an imperceptible hint of fresh rose petal and vanilla. Good length.
