On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy/Fresh pear, fresh/juicy yellow plum, small notes of quince associated with small yellow plum, lemon as well as a subtle hint of zests, a racy minerality, very discreet hints of toasted/toasted almond and an imperceptible hint of vanilla (in the background).
