Louis Brochet – Extra Blanc – Extra Brut

The nose is aromatic. It reveals notes of white fruit, crushed mirabelle plum, small notes of sweet spices associated with a subtle hint of dried flowers and a very discreet hint of cloves. The palate is fruity, well-balanced, dynamic and offers juiciness as well as tension. On the palate this Champagne expresses notes of quince, crushed/fleshy white fruits, small notes of juicy mirabelle plums associated with a touch of juicy pear as well as fine hints of sweet spices and a very discreet hint of butter (in the background). Good length. A dynamic and well-built effervescence.
