On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy/ripe lemon, quince, small notes of yellow peach associated with small touches of juicy yellow apple, a racy minerality as well as hints of apple flowers, very fine hints of toasted/bee wax and an imperceptible hint of fresh verveba. Good length. An imperceptible firmness of the grain.
