The palate is fruity, well-balanced, mineral and offers freshness, fat and a fine grain. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy blackberry, juicy/pulpy cassis, small notes of violet plum associated with touches of raspberry, violet, cornflower as well as fine hints of caramelization and toasted. An imperceptible hint of salinity on the finish/persistence.
