On the palate this wine expresses notes of quince, crystallized lime and small notes crystallized lemon associated with touches of jammy apple, juicy tangerine as well as hints of apricot in syrup, racy minerality, flowers of mandarin tree, beeswax, very discreet hints of flint and pâtisseries (in the background).
