Château Duplessis 2017 – Moulis

The nose is fruity and offers a fine intensity. This wine needs to be decanted. It reveals notes of wild red berries, crunchy strawberry and small notes of crunchy blackcurrant associated with fine touches of flowers as well as very discreet hints of racy minerality and Sichuan pepper. The mouth is fruity, well-balanced and offers a juicy/finely acidulous frame and a good definition. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of crunchy raspberry, small crunchy red berries and small notes of fresh flowers (violet, lilac) associated with fine touches of racy minerality and a discreet hint of toasted. An imperceptible toasted hint on the persistence.
