The nose offers notes of blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fleshy blueberry associated with fine touches of violet, cornflower, hints of zan as well as a subtle hint of cardamom and tea. The palate is fruity, well-balanced and offers a fine acidulous frame, good definition, gourmandize, tension as well as a juicy / acidulous fruit. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / acidulous raspberry, juicy / acidulous blueberry and small notes of violet associated with fine touches of small fleshy / juicy red berries as well as hints of liquorice and very discreet hints of nutmeg. Good length. Presence of imperceptible hint of olive tree (in the background) and caramelization / sweet spices on the finish / persistence.
