The palate is fruity, well-balanced, elegant, aerial, very discreetly tight and offers a juicy / acidulous frame, a beautiful definition, finesse, harmony, dynamism, a beautiful finesse of the grain as well as freshness. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy / juicy cassis, fleshy / juicy blackberry and small notes of black plum associated with a touch of wild strawberry, small blue fruits, violet, a hint of sense of place, olive tree, salinity, spices as well as a very discreet hint of black olive, caramelization and toasted. Tannins are elegant and beautifully fine. Good length.
