The nose is fruity, elegant and offers a beautiful aromatic and richness. It reveals notes of ripe blackcurrant, ripe blackberry, small notes of violet associated with small touches of small blue fruits, liquorice stick, cardamom as well as very discreet hints of Cuben pepper and a subtle hint of tobacco. The palate is fruity, elegant, gourmand and offers a good freshness, finesse as well as tension. On the palate this wine expresses notes of fleshy/ripe blackcurrant, fleshy black cherry, small notes of fleshy/juicy raspberry associated with touches of small blue fruits, violet plum as well as fine hints of cornflower, tonka bean and tobacco. Good length. Very fine hints of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut on the persistence. A very discreet hint of caramelization on the aftertaste.
