The nose is elegant, fruity, fresh and offers a beautiful power and persistence. It reveals notes of fresh wild raspberry, small fresh berries and small notes of fresh violet associated with fine touches of ripe cassis as well as fine hints of cardamom, tea and star anise. The mouth is elegant, fruity, delicate and offers definition, a superb finesse of the grain and verticality. In the mouth this wine expresses notes of fleshy/juicy cassis, juicy/fleshy raspberry and small notes of juicy/fleshy small red berries associated with fine touches of violet, sens of the place as well as hints of spices, tea and caramelization. Good length. A very discreet hint of dark chocolate on the persistence.
